Mildly NSFW scene where I body paint my friend Jessica Davis, from the upcoming documentary Chronically Jess, which is about her struggles with Alport Syndrome, how she recieved a transplanted kidney, her subsequent advocacy for organ donors, her life and art. I’m also being interviewed here about the chronic illness I suffered from for a decade, which I’m mercifully free of now. It’s a somewhat raw scene, beautifully photographed and edited by documentarian Zach Keifer of Octillion Productions.
