Artist Bio:
Russell U. Richards is an artist with a studio at the McGuffey Art Center in Charlottesville, VA. His work has been exhibited in venues as diverse as the Taubman Museum of Art in Roanoke, the Scuderie Medicee in Italy and the Erotic Museum, Amsterdam. Among other things he has given a TED talk, designed pinball machines and drawn nude models in Times Square.

My TED talk at the Paramount Theater on Nov 14, 2014. I spoke about my vertical garden concept for the Landmark building in front of an audience of over a thousand people, as it streamed live online.
My YouTube channel includes Fiji Mermaid and a variety of short videos about my art and process.
January 2016. Wide-ranging, often hilarious discussion with Clinton Johnston and Leslie M. Scott-Jones on WPVC's Home Grown. I'm on at about the three minute mark.
My short film Bride of the Fly as featured on the weekly web program Creature Feature, with intro by legendary horror host Count Gore De Vol.
